Every feature starts with a spec: the goal, the limits, the acceptance criteria. An experienced engineer signs it off before any code is written.

Built in parallel.
Agents work through the tasks in parallel, each in its own branch: interface, data layer, tests, documentation. We steer the architecture and the interfaces between them.
03 · Tests
Proven by tests.
Done is what passes the tests. Even this website checks itself with automated tests, many of them in a real browser.

Owned by people.
Every change goes through a review before an engineer merges it. The agents bring the pace; the responsibility for the result is ours.

Private by design.
Privacy and local-first are how we build, not features we bolt on: as little data as possible, encrypted wherever we can, apps that keep working offline, and code you can read where it counts.

We build privacy into the architecture, not into the privacy policy afterwards: as little data as possible, encrypted wherever we can. This page shows how: the network log lists every request it makes.

Local-first where it fits.
We build apps that work offline: they start without a connection, keep running when the Wi-Fi drops and sync devices directly, peer-to-peer over WebRTC. No server has to say yes.
